Ancient artifacts at Christie's

27 antiquities will be sold on 18 April 2018 in New York.

Among the pieces is a rare statue of Sekhim-Ankh-Ptah who lived between 2389 and 2255 BC. A minister in the Pharaonic era, he was considered the supervisor of most of the property business at the time. The relic is expected to fetch between $1 million and $1.5 million.
